The Role
Seeking a software engineer to build and scale collaborative productivity tools. This role involves developing real-time applications, enhancing AI-driven features, and optimizing system performance to support seamless team collaboration.

We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to:

    • Design and develop scalable systems using Django, React, TypeScript, Relay, and GraphQL
    • Build real-time collaboration features supporting multiple simultaneous users with low-latency requirements
    • Integrate AI-driven productivity tools for automation and actionable insights
    • Optimize system performance and reliability for enterprise-grade applications
    • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and impact product direction

What you'll need:

    • A bachelors' or above degree focused on computer science
    • 1-3 years of software engineering experience
    • Strong full-stack development experience with a focus on real-time applications
    • Proficiency in Django, React, and TypeScript
    • Experience with cloud infrastructure and scalable systems
    • Demonstrated track record of excellence and high-ownership mindset

$85,000 - $120,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
