About the Opportunity
We’re currently looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Success Team to ensure the successful implementation of our SaaS product to our customers.
As a Solution Architect, you’ll collaborate with our Customer Success and Solutions Architects to create detailed technical proposals and proof of concepts as well as partner with our Engineering team to successfully implement your solutions. This is a client-facing role, largely supported by the entire project team.
You’ll have strong DevOps or Platform Engineering experience with technologies such as AWS, CI/CD, Terraform, CDK, and Kubernetes, in addition to proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Typescript. We also use Python, Node and Golang.
About You
You are a Customer Centric engineer who understands that the goal is to solve the pain points of the customer. You've done client work so are used to seeing different types of challenges within different projects. We are hyper-focused on our customers and ensuring our users are able to quickly make our platform an integral part of their team’s day-to-day work.
You’ll work closely with our Product Team, who are constantly seeking feedback from our current and prospective users and strategically working that feedback into the larger roadmap. You’ve also worked on a live product so you understand this process and the dance between Product, Engineering & Sales.
You are excited to contribute to the product today as well as be part of the next phase of product discovery and design.
