<p><span style="color:#5e5047">We are seeking a passionate Sales, Artistry &amp; Education Account Coordinator based in the San Francisco metropolitan area that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance driven ingredients. They will be an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical for this candidate as it will enable them to educate the store teams on our unique point of difference. This position will have a significant impact on our retail sales performance and overall ranking.&nbsp;</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Responsibilities</span></strong><span style="color:#5e5047">:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Train retail store teams on product attributes, ingredients, and application technique; lead by example by displaying ILIA’s core values</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Act as a liaison between ILIA and our retail partners, namely in-store and regional leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Build &amp; develop a strong, results-driven freelance artistry team (on average, the coordinator will manage 4-8 freelancers across the market)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Analyze &amp; maintain regional sales reports</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Maintain clear communication with the Account Executive and accounts</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Calculate and achieve seasonal and monthly goals for the territory by store</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Understand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve success</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">In conjunction with the Account Executive, this role will develop event activation programs to increase brand presence in critical doors and ensure proper execution</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Drive business in region through creativity, education, and field strategy</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and category</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Leverage your negotiation skills to secure opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility in region&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Maintain a consistent calendar of visiting stores on peak days and working alongside retail employees</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Upholding the visual standards of ILIA on tester units and gondolas.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
