Account Manager

You Will: • Manage a portfolio of clients • Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention • Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations • Ensure timely payments • Negotiate business terms and doing upsell • Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals • Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance • Drive company-wide or local projects in account management • Build expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge Desired Experience: • Experience in account management • Experience in e-commerce and/or in retargeting • Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations • Some experience in developing others would be an asset • Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel • Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s) • Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate • Advanced English We Offer: • Full package of benefits, such as: VR, Health Insurance, Gympass, Budget for language courses, etc. • Global environment - you will be working with teams from abroad. • Remote working.
