Affiliate Manager (Temp)

<p><span style="color:#5e5047">ILIA Beauty is looking for a seasoned affiliate marketing consultant to own our affiliate channel end-to-end. You'll be the DRI for strategy, optimization, and agency management, while partnering closely with our PR, Influencer, and Social Commerce teams to hit our 2026 channel north star of $1.25M in revenue (40% YoY growth).</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color:#5e5047">This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role for someone who can operate both at the strategic level and in the weeds, translating data into action and keeping a complex partner ecosystem moving in sync.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Applicant Note:</span></strong><span style="color:#5e5047"> This is a temporary, part-time role (~30 hours/week) with an anticipated contract duration of 6 months.
