AI Engineer (Digital Marketing sphere)

Project Description The project focuses on developing AI-driven solutions for advertising campaign analytics, insights, and automation. The AI Engineer will work with GenAI teams within the Apps Engineering Group to build and improve conversational agents and platform capabilities. Technologies • Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic; • TypeScript, Nest.js; • LangGraph, LangChain; • REST, SSE, WebSockets; • SQL, PostgreSQL; • Pytest, Jest; • RAG, Prompt Engineering What You'll Do • Participate in the end-to-end development of conversational AI agents, from solution design to production deployment; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-powered platform capabilities; • Research and evaluate advanced AI technologies and apply them to practical product use cases; • Integrate external APIs and services into AI-driven solutions; Job Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Python, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, SQLAlchemy ORM, and Pydantic; • Experience with TypeScript and Nest.js; • Experience designing and developing AI agents using LangGraph and/or LangChain, including graph-based workflows, tool calling, structured outputs, and checkpointing; • Strong understanding of LLM concepts and AI engineering practices, including RAG, prompt engineering, LLM parameters, guardrails, observability, and tracing; • Experience designing REST APIs and implementing streaming responses using SSE or WebSockets; • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL; • Experience with automated testing using pytest, Jest, and/or evaluation tests for AI systems; • Familiarity with distributed system design, microservices, caching, API routing, and multi-agent orchestration; • Willingness to participate in pager duty rotations as needed; • English level: B1+ or higher; Nice To Have • Experience with vector databases; • Familiarity with columnar data warehouses such as Vertica or similar platforms; • Experience with AWS and boto3; • Experience with MCP, A2A, or text-to-SQL solution; • Experience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse, LangSmith, or OpenTelemetry; • Familiarity with feature-flagging platforms such as Unleash or LaunchDarkly; • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: • Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; • Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; • Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; • Health insurance; • Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; • Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; • Referral program for bringing in new talent; • Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
