High energy is required to un-legacy systems, overcome friction, and play hard all the time. • Upskilling — you will have to learn the difficult part of AI Engineering: multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails and harnesses, knowledge and RAG, MCP, observability and reporting. • Extreme Ownership — don't blame the models, don't be an AI Slop Creator, don't do token maxxing — you are the one fully accountable for the budget and the output.
