Associate Youth Pastor

The Associate Youth Pastor is a support position to the Youth Pastor at the campus level.   At Life.Church, we exist to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. We are one church meeting in multiple locations, and we want to help you become the person God made you to be.    The Life.Church Switch ministry is devoted to leading students in 6th-12th grade to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Staff and volunteer leaders develop relationships with students during weekly experiences, small groups, and serving opportunities by teaching truth through God's Word and being culturally relevant.   The Associate Youth Pastor (AYP) will be, in part, responsible for the leadership and execution of the vision of student ministry. Success for this role will be people (students and adults alike) in the AYPs sphere of influence taking next steps in their spiritual growth-like beginning a relationship with Jesus, serving, inviting, giving, engaging in God’s word, and leading.
