The Benefits Partner plays a vital role in caring for our staff well - serving as a relational and knowledgeable resource who walks alongside team members through some of life's most important moments. From navigating a new baby to understanding a complex claim, this role is at the heart of helping staff feel supported, informed, and valued. In this role, you will guide staff through benefits enrollment, life events, open enrollment, and medical continuation with both accuracy and compassion - working closely with benefit partners and vendors to ensure benefits are administered correctly and advocating on behalf of staff when questions or issues arise. The Benefits Partner brings both a heart for people and a skillset for excellence, seeing their work as an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our staff and their families - all in service of Life.Church's mission to reach people for Christ.
