Responsibilities: • Collaborates with business functions to collects business intelligence. • Translates non-technical requirements into technical business requirements. • Identifies process inefficiencies and recommends alternative solutions and process improvements through evaluating user impacts, cost benefit analysis, processing specifications, and technology trends. • Identifies, defines, and documents analytical requirements for new metrics and reports. • Designs, develops, and maintains business solutions based on business requirements. • Utilizes data collection techniques, including interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. • Interprets data utilizing a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. • Monitors reports and solutions, ensures data and reporting accuracy, and reconciles conflicts. • Oversees project tasks and cross-training through mentoring team members on software / tools.
