The Global Supply Chain Manager will leverage their expertise and leadership to build a supply chain that will ensure the production of 3d printing products that are changing industries and innovating new technologies. Please join our team as the Global Sourcing Team Lead if bringing the latest technology in 3d printing to market is exciting to you. The Job: 1. Manage a team of commodity managers, sourcing managers and program managers to ensure cost competitive, high quality and reliable suppliers deliver our products to market on time. 2. Provide access to technology and supply chain capabilities that enable and shape our hardware product roadmap 3. Be the center of commercial excellence and own COGs analysis, reporting, and reductions for all hardware products, optimizing processes as needed 4. Be the lead negotiator to get the best cost, quality and timeline performance from leading suppliers. 5. Mentor team by coaching and leading by example to grow their skills in purchasing and managing a supply chain 6. Work cross-functionally with other departments, accounting, engineering design, and sustaining engineering teams 7. Ramp new sourcing efforts in response to changes in products, supply chain design, and manufacturing locations 8. Analyze purchasing trends and develop sourcing alternatives. Identify new high-potential suppliers on a global basis. 9. Manage and cultivate commercial relationships with sub-tier suppliers You: 1. Minimum 7+ years work experience 2. A leader who can hire and grow great talent 3. Experience with technical procurement and product development 4. Develops supplier relationships, able to address problems with them as they arise 5. Motivated to optimize and implement processes to drive effective and efficient scaling of supply chain and sourcing activities 6.
