Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Duties: • Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment • Repair, replace and trouble-shoot existing HVAC equipment • Develop and maintain service schedule • Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily • Develop Preventive Maintenance programs to potential and existing customer Job Requirements: • Heavy overnight travel during the first year required for training • HVAC, HVAC/R skill set desired • Knowledge of electrical systems • Ability to read commercial wiring schematics • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools • Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces (inside RTU) • Use of ladders for roof access • Heavy overnight travel during the first year required for training Benefits: • Extended Health Care and Dental benefits • Disability life insurance • Retirement plan with employer match • Paid holidays • Paid time off (PTO) based upon tenure • Flexible spending account (FSA) • Tenure awards • Employee referral bonus • Safety-toe footwear reimbursement • Company provided vehicle, tools, gas card, and uniform shirts Salary: Base salary starting at $70k-$90k CAD negotiable based on experience , plus monthly bonus based upon productivity and profits.
