This is a hands-on, field-based role, where consultants will be deployed directly to client sites to deliver practical improvements in safety, operational performance, and risk management.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support the implementation of safety and operational risk management practices at wind farm sites</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct on-site assessments of health, safety, and operational processes</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify gaps and recommend practical, implementable improvements</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work closely with client teams to ensure adoption of safety standards and best practices</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor and track performance improvements and compliance metrics</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to operational excellence initiatives within wind turbine O&amp;M environments</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience working in Wind Farms and Wind Turbine Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M)</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mid-career professionals with relevant industry exposure</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Background in Health &amp; Safety and/or Operations / Maintenance</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of risk management practices in industrial environments</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work on client sites across different locations and able to work on a contract basis.</p><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
