You'll support customers who have questions or need help with digital products and services. Your day can include: • Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat • Answering product and service questions • Troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions • Working with CRM and ticketing systems • Guiding customers through different processes • Explaining information clearly and simply • Building your product knowledge through ongoing training • Working alongside an international team No previous technical background is required. You don't need a five-page CV. You don't need years of experience. And you definitely don't need to have your entire career figured out.
