To enhance our team we are seeking an experienced Mid-Level DevOps Engineer who enjoys transforming complex, outdated build systems into streamlined, automated pipelines. You’re not just maintaining what exists—you take pride in building, improving, and modernizing the tools and processes that keep engineering running smoothly.   Position Summary: In this role, you will have the opportunity to do the most impactful work of your career, elevating your craft while contributing to a team that values lifelong learning.   We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer who finds genuine satisfaction in taking a tangled, "legacy" build process and turning it into a sleek, automated machine. You aren't just someone who maintains scripts; you are a builder and a modernizer.   Your primary mission will be to assess our current CI/CD landscape, identify bottlenecks in our legacy pipelines, and implement modern strategies to accelerate our delivery lifecycle. You’ll be the bridge between "how we've always done it" and "how we should be doing it. You won't just be a "ticket-taker." We are looking for someone with an opinion. If you see a build process that takes 40 minutes and know you can get it down to 5, we will give you the autonomy to prove it. You will directly impact the daily quality of life for our entire engineering team.
