Our Platform department plays a critical role in enabling our product teams to move fast, scale confidently, and deliver exceptional value. As a Frontend Infrastructure Group Leader, you will lead and own Yotpo's entire frontend domain, shape the foundations that power our frontend ecosystem, and drive engineering excellence across the company. Why Join Us: • Lead and own Yotpo's entire frontend domain across all product teams • Shape frontend standards, architecture, and best practices company-wide • Drive innovation initiatives using cutting-edge frontend technologies and modern development approaches • Lead high-impact infrastructure projects that enable product teams to scale efficiently • Grow as a strategic technical leader with broad organizational influence Key Responsibilities: • Lead Yotpo's frontend engineering organization, providing hands-on technical leadership and architectural direction • Directly manage and mentor frontend engineers across infrastructure and platform teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence • Own the strategic direction of frontend technology, tooling, and practices company-wide • Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap in alignment with company objectives • Establish and evolve frontend standards, guidelines, and development practices that scale across all teams • Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and leadership to drive cohesive solutions • Champion frontend engineering excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Required Skills: • At least 5 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams • Proven experience leading a technical domain or discipline across an organization • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environments • Strong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systems • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive technical standards across multiple teams • Excellent communication skills and the ability to shape technical direction at an organizational level Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): • Experience working in SaaS companies • Experience in startup environments • Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) • Experience scaling frontend infrastructure in high-growth environments If you're passionate about leading an entire frontend domain and building scalable frontend foundations, we'd love to hear from you.
