You'll work alongside experienced professionals to complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. Key Responsibilities Install residential heating, air conditioning, heat pump, ductless, and indoor air quality systems. Replace and install furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment. Perform equipment startups, system testing, and final commissioning. Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, electrical connections, and ductwork as required. Read and interpret installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Ensure all installations comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while protecting customers' homes. Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining completed work and answering questions. Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule. Accurately complete installation documentation and required paperwork. Qualifications Previous residential HVAC installation experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, electrical, and airflow principles. Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, or ductless systems. EPA Universal Certification preferred. Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship.
