Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service/Sales Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, providing good, better, best options for clients and consulting on best solutions. Then repairing or replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential clients. Our HVAC Service/Sales Technicians have best in class, 5-star level of customer service and strong core values, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards to the best of our ability.
Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients on their indoor air; heating, co oling, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed.
• Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
• EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment :
Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
