Integrity Operations Specialist, Scaled Abuse

Introduction to role & team   Bumble Inc. is looking for an Integrity Operations Specialist to join our Trust Operations team within the new Scaled Abuse pillar. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on candidate who is comfortable working through ambiguity as we build this pillar from the ground up. In this position, you’ll play a role in the evolution of Scaled Abuse operations through investigating complex moderation reports and building expertise within the Integrity & Authenticity harm domain.  This role requires a self-starter who can operate with limited direction and remain effective in an environment where priorities and goals frequently evolve. Success in this role depends on the ability to think both analytically and creatively, applying data-driven insights alongside intuitive problem-solving to address complex challenges. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable balancing structure with ambiguity and can stay grounded in guidance while thinking critically when things are less clear. Strong collaboration skills are essential, particularly in partnering closely with technical stakeholders on automation and tooling feedback.       This role will be based in either Austin or London, reporting to the Scaled Abuse Integrity Operations Manager.
