Your Role Als (Junior) Operations Planning Manager:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Defleeting Operations und verantwortest die Prozesse rund um die Ausflottung unserer Fahrzeuge. Im Defleeting steuerst du die Prozesse von der Fahrzeugrückgabe bis zur Ausflottung und arbeitest dabei eng mit OEMs, Remarketing-Partnern und Compounds zusammen. Durch die kontinuierliche und datengetriebene Optimierung operativer Abläufe trägst du aktiv zur Kundenzufriedenheit, operativen Effizienz und zum Wachstum von FINN bei.
