As we scale rapidly, we are introducing the Lot Attendant (Evening Shift) role to ensure that vehicles meet Clutch’s high presentation standards before delivery. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What you’ll do: • Safely move vehicles in and out of the lot • Park and organize vehicles efficiently to maintain lot order • Assist the production managers in keeping the lot clean and well-maintained • Monitor lot inventory and report any discrepancies or issues • Assist with basic lot maintenance and cleanliness • Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding vehicle locations • Follow all safety protocols and company policies when operating vehicles • Help coordinate vehicle movement during busy periods What we’re looking for: • Education: Post-secondary education preferred • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork • License : Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract • Work Authorization : Legally authorized to work in Canada • Location : Ability to commute to Mississauga • Availability : Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.
