Operational Risk Management Freelance Consultant

<p>As an Operational Risk Management Freelance Consultant,&nbsp;you will work with industry-leading clients across sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.</p><p>You will work with our team as a freelance specialist&nbsp;to deliver coaching and support to our clients to help evolve their culture and behaviours in safety and risk management.&nbsp; This will involve working closely with managers and supervisors on client sites, supporting and coaching them in implementing dss+ methodologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Key responsibilities will include;</p><ul><li><p>You will work as a coach to help change the culture and underlying behaviours relating to safety and risk management.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>You will be working on the client site as part of the dss+ team - this will involve staying overnight throughout the week</p></li></ul>
