We encourage all to apply. About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on People Partner to join our People Team during a fixed-term parental leave. Your work will directly impact continuity of employee relations, payroll accuracy, and contractor compliance across TodayTix Group and Secret Cinema. If you thrive in a nimble, growth-oriented setting and are passionate about picking up live workstreams with minimal ramp-up, operating independently within agreed guardrails, and closing loops with clarity, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: This is a fixed-term contract role (17 August – 4 December 2026), and qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. The role is 3 days per week, with a minimum of 2 of those days required onsite at 180 The Strand.
