System Maintenance:</strong>&nbsp;Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to internal governance and compliance policies.&nbsp;Keep our ERP/Procurement software accurate and up to date&nbsp;for all Supply Chain suppliers, items and contracts.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Supplier Onboarding &amp; Qualification:</strong>&nbsp;Shepherd newly sourced vendors through the internal onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance approval processes.</p> </li> <li><strong>Internal Stakeholder Management</strong>:&nbsp;Engage with&nbsp;key internal clients&nbsp;within the&nbsp;Supply Chain area, build strong&nbsp;relationship and support their business and procurement needs</li> <li><strong>Finance Integration</strong>:&nbsp;Work with Financial&nbsp;Planning&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Analysis&nbsp;<wbr>to support budget processes&nbsp;(including savings execution) and with Accounts Payable to support&nbsp;correct invoice processing</li> </ul> <h2><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h2> <div> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> <li>1-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial/operational supply chain roles</li> <li>Analytical skills (comfortable working with numbers and uncovering trends in data spreadsheets)</li> <li>Project Management skills are&nbsp;a strong advantage</li> <li>Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal logistics teams and external global suppliers, including in English&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work within strict deadlines and&nbsp;to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with Coupa will be a plus</li> </ul> <div> <h2><strong>REWARDS &amp;
