Product Manager, Integrations (Payroll & HRIS)

Our integration network with hundreds of HRIS and payroll systems is the foundation of this infrastructure, and we're looking for a Product Manager to lead its strategy, development, and execution. As the PM for our HRIS & Payroll Integrations, you'll own the systems at the heart of Finch's connectivity - everything that goes into establishing, expanding, and maintaining reliable connections across our provider network. That spans how connections are authenticated, how broadly and deeply we cover HRIS and payroll data, how we exchange data with providers, and how we keep our integrations performant and dependable at scale. You'll sit at the center of product, engineering, and customer teams to grow coverage, deepen adoption, and drive the scalability, data quality, and reliability that our customers depend on.
