The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving. About the job • Conduct research on AI agents, LLMs, VLMs, code generation, and multimodal AI, with a focus on novel and impactful research problems. • Design and develop GUI agents and coding agents for web, mobile, and computer-use environments. • Develop and investigate new approaches for SFT, reinforcement learning, agent training, tool use, and function calling. • Build research prototypes, datasets, training pipelines, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks to validate new ideas. • Conduct rigorous experiments and analyze results to advance the state of the art. • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to translate research ideas into practical systems and technologies. • Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals and communicate results through technical presentations and publications. • Translate research ideas and prototypes into practical, product-ready technologies, working closely with engineering and product teams. The targeted annual total compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 to $225,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
