<p><span style="color:#5e5047">The Sales &amp; Trade Associate, EME is a key operational role supporting the execution of commercial and trade strategies across retail and distributor channels in Europe and the Middle East. This position owns the day-to-day coordination of sales administration, product launches, trade marketing, and supply operations — enabling the Sr. Area Manager to focus on strategic growth and key partnerships. Account Coordination</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Support the Sr. Area Manager in day-to-day management of retail and distributor accounts across the EME region.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Maintain and update retailer and distributor databases, order forms, registration files, and platform listings (including Sephora EUR).</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Coordinate purchase orders, innovation orders, gratis and sampling orders; track order status and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Assist in preparing JBPs, commercial agreements, and retailer documentation; maintain organized records of contracts and agreements.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Manage distributor operational requests, including sourcing extra trade materials, samples, and assets.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#5e5047"><br></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Product Launch &amp; Trade Marketing Execution</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Coordinate administrative aspects of product launches end-to-end: pricing, order forms, timelines, retailer registration files, and asset delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Support execution of trade marketing plans including promotions, GWPs, GWP tracking, advent calendars, boxes, and pouches.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Partner with Marketing to ensure all campaign assets and materials are delivered to retailers and distributors on time.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Organize and manage sample shipments to retailers at launch; track and manage sample, tester, and promotional inventory allocations.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Coordinate field follow-up including gratis push based on supply and demand; support field visits (e.g., Oh My Cream).</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#5e5047"><br></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Reporting &amp; Business Analysis</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Compile and maintain weekly and monthly sales reports (sell-in, sell-out, MOB, forecasts); ensure accuracy of data for business reviews and internal reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Track key KPIs and support performance analysis across retailers and distributors, including trade and promotional action impact on sell-through.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Conduct market and competitive analysis to support commercial decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Assist with SKU-level forecasting in collaboration with Sales Planning and Supply teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Support E&amp;O (excess and obsolete) optimization analysis and inventory reserve visibility.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#5e5047"><br></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Inventory &amp; Supply Operations Support</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Monitor stock levels by retailer; track and flag out-of-stock (OOS), low stock, and back-in-stock (BIS) situations proactively.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and accurate order tracking.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Maintain sampling file tracking and catalogue follow-up including SKU management, warehouse inventory, and return dates.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Support communication with the field and coordination with Marketing during press and sampling pushes.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#5e5047"><br></span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#5e5047">Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Administrative Support</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Serve as a coordination hub across Sales, Marketing, Operations/Logistics, and Finance to ensure aligned execution on commercial priorities.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders; coordinate business reviews and partner follow-ups.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#5e5047">Assist Finance with invoicing, budget tracking, and P&amp;L support as needed.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p>
