Role Overview We are looking for an in-house Company Secretarial professional to manage corporate governance, compliance coordination, secretarial processes, investor reporting requirements, and support basic corporate compliance activities for the company’s international entities. The role will work closely with external secretarial partners, Finance, Controller, Legal, leadership, and investor stakeholders to ensure timely compliance, accurate reporting, and strong governance practices.
