What you’ll get to do At PlanRadar , we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a strategic (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner who’s passionate about finding and hiring exceptional talent. If you're excited about driving recruitment in Sales, Development, Product etc for a growing SaaS scale-up, this one’s for you! AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL • Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs. • Develop smart, data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals. • Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent. • Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning. • Drive process improvements, from metrics, AI features to tooling. • Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint. WHO YOU ARE • You have proven experience recruiting different roles in-house. • You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills. • You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments. • You are data-savvy: use metrics to steer decisions and improve results. • You are a strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude. • You have excellent spoken and written German and business English skills. ✨ Bonus: You’re creative, optimistic, and love improving how things work.
