Senior Treasury Specialist

Your Mission • Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto) • Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely and accurate processing • Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts • Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper resolution or escalation • Support daily treasury operations and ensure uninterrupted business processes • Analyze existing treasury and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and manual processes • Help improve, streamline, and automate operational treasury processes • Translate operational issues and unstructured requests into clear workflows and structured solutions • Prepare business requirements and tasks for analytics and development teams • Work with operational reporting, reconciliations, KPI tracking, fees, routing, and transactional analytics • Support reporting transparency across Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Client Success, and Management teams • Monitor implementation of process changes and ensure improvements are working effectively • Take ownership of operational and process improvement initiatives together with the Treasury Lead • Act as a reliable operational point of contact within the treasury function What Makes You a Great Fit • At least 3 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, fintech operations, or similar roles • Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs, banking operations, and transaction lifecycle • Hands-on experience with payment execution, reconciliations, and transactional operations • Practical understanding of crypto transactions and operational processes • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large operational datasets • Experience improving, optimizing, or automating operational workflows and processes • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large datasets) • Ability to structure problems and communicate requirements clearly to analysts or developers • High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Good English and fluent Russian Why You'll Love It Here • Meaningful Impact : a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! • Career Development : we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
