Technical Lead

TXI is seeking a Technical Lead to deliver practical technical solutions that deliver measurable business value to clients Building the right thing is as hard as building it right. Our primary focus is industrial products and services, logistics and distribution, and rail and fleet operations, with selective work in digital health, biopharma, and other industries where the challenges and mission align. As the Technical Lead, you will bridge the gap between complex technologies and real business needs by acting as a hands-on implementation specialist and a pre-sales technical expert. You'll collaborate with our demand team to help them understand and articulate emerging technologies--including AI--to potential clients, while also delivering billable technical solutions on client projects.
