The Two-Step Journey:
Step 1 (Status): Your first $49.00 in commissions is automatically used to upgrade you to the Community Member plan (a $49 value). This gives you full community access and 50 searches.
Step 2 (Cash): Once you are a Community Member, every additional dollar goes to your cash balance.
The Payout Gate: To protect the platform and ensure a real network is being built, you must have at least 1 direct referral of your own before cashing out. Once you have that referral and a $49.00 balance, you can withdraw your funds via Stripe to your bank account.
The Retention Pool (Year 2+): Once you've been an active Community Member for over a year, you share in a quarterly bonus pool funded by 2% of the platform's organic sales — purchases that didn't come through any scout. Your share is weighted by how active you've been referring over the past year. It's a thank-you for building long-term, on top of your regular commissions.
