No surprises. No fine print. How role posting works, what we charge, what scouts do, what we promise — and what we don't.

When you post a role on WhoDooUNode, it enters our active matching pool where our AI surfaces it to relevant candidates and scouts. Here's the lifecycle:
Your role is live and AI-matched the entire time — the freshest roles surface to candidates first
Newer roles rank higher in candidate matches; older roles still match, just lower down
Removed from public view once it expires — repost to relist
One-click refresh to put a role back at the top of the matching pool — for now, just post it again
Connect your public careers page — we detect your job board and sync your open roles into the matching pool for you. No manual posting needed.
Quality matters. Roles with clear titles, accurate salary ranges, and complete descriptions get better AI matches. Vague postings attract vague candidates. Our matching engine reads the full job description — the more specific you are, the better the fit.
Scouts are members of our network who earn commissions by referring candidates and clients. When a scout shares your role with someone in their network, they're doing it because they believe it's a genuine fit — their commission depends on quality introductions, not volume.
Quality over volume. Scouts who introduce candidates to the platform have a vested interest in those candidates succeeding — their reputation and earnings depend on it. This self-selection is what separates WhoDooUNode referrals from anonymous job board applications.
Candidates who reach your pipeline carry strong signals — built into the platform design, not just policy, which makes them hard to game.
Many candidates buy search credits to go deeper — people backing themselves, not spray-and-pray applying. No account-spamming.
Our matching engine scores every candidate against your job description. Results below 70% match are never surfaced. The unqualified are filtered before they reach you — not after.
Candidates submit their resume and it is locked before they can run a single search. They cannot see any job description until after that lock is set. There is no window to read your JD and rewrite their resume — the resume exists before the job does.
This is not a policy — it is the platform sequence. On most job boards, the resume comes after the job description — and AI can rewrite it in seconds to match. On WhoDooUNode, the resume is locked before the candidate sees any job description, so it can't be reverse-engineered to your JD.
We keep billing simple. No hidden fees, no placement percentages on top of your subscription.
Your Company plan is charged monthly and renews automatically until you cancel. (Per-Post is a one-time charge, not a subscription.)
Early clients keep their founding rate for the life of their subscription — it never rises while you stay continuously subscribed
Cancel from your dashboard settings before the next billing date — no fees, no questions
Subscriptions and one-time posts are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the current billing period — no partial refund for unused time
Founding clients: If you joined during our early access period, your founding rate is locked for the life of your subscription. As pricing rises for new clients, you keep what you originally signed up for — for as long as you stay continuously subscribed.
When a scout refers your company to WhoDooUNode and you become a paying client, that scout earns a commission from the platform — not from you. You are never charged extra because a scout referred you.
When a scout refers you, WhoDooUNode pays them a referral commission out of what we earn — it never adds anything to your bill
Whether you found us directly or through a scout, you pay the same rate
Scout commissions come out of what the platform earns — not out of your pocket. Your pricing is the same regardless of how you arrived. This is fully disclosed so there are no surprises.
We take candidate privacy seriously. Here's what you can and cannot see as a client:
All candidate data handling complies with PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law). Candidate data is never sold to third parties; vendor and data-handling details are in our Privacy Policy.
Two ways to get your open roles in front of the scout community — no IT project required.
Post and manage roles directly through your client dashboard
Share your public careers-page URL and we sync your open roles into the matching pool for you — no manual posting needed
If the same role is posted directly and also picked up from your careers page, duplicates are merged automatically
A direct integration with your existing ATS is available on request as a custom engagement — we build the connector against your system. It is never required to use the platform, and we never access candidate data from your ATS.
We believe in honest expectations. Here's what WhoDooUNode is not:
If a scout or any third party makes promises about guaranteed placements, interview numbers, or outcomes that seem too specific — those are not made by WhoDooUNode. Contact us at support@whodoounode.com if you receive misleading communications.
We aim to resolve every billing issue fairly and quickly.
Raise a billing dispute within 30 days of the charge
Subscriptions and one-time posts are not refunded mid-cycle. Cancel anytime to stop future charges — access continues to the end of the current billing period
We aim to respond to all billing disputes within 5 business days
If you believe you were charged in error, email support@whodoounode.com with your account email and the charge amount. Do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first — we resolve genuine billing errors immediately.
Questions about your account, billing, careers-page setup, or anything else — we're here.
Post your roles and reach a community of scouts actively referring candidates — and lock your founding rate while early access is open.
